How to save and organize TikToks, Reels and Shorts
Every app has a save button. The trouble starts when your ideas are spread across three apps, with no notes, and nobody else can see them.

The built-in ways
- TikTok: tap the bookmark on a video to add it to Favorites, then sort favorites into Collections. Collections can be private or public, but only inside TikTok.
- Instagram: tap the bookmark on a Reel to save it, and group saves into Collections. Saved posts are private to your account.
- YouTube Shorts: save to a playlist or Watch later from the ••• menu.
Where they fall short
- One app each: your best ideas live in three separate places.
- No notes: you can't write why you saved it or what you want to make from it.
- Hard to share: a teammate or creator can't see your saved Reels at all.
- No structure: collections become an endless scroll after a few weeks.
Keep one library, sorted by format

How to do it in inspo

Can I save TikToks to a folder?
Inside TikTok, use Favorites › Collections. To keep TikToks, Reels and Shorts together in one folder with notes, save the links into a list in inspo.
Can other people see my saved Instagram Reels?
No, Instagram saves are private to your account. To share saved Reels with a team or creators, you need a separate tool, like a shared inspo list.
What happens if a saved video is deleted?
In TikTok and Instagram collections a deleted video is simply gone. On inspo's paid plans, inspo keeps its own copy of every TikTok, Instagram and Facebook video you save, so it keeps playing for you and your team even after the creator deletes it. On Free it plays from the platform, so it stops playing, but your notes stay.
Can I move my TikTok collections into inspo?
